Hey guys, i just recently joined, and would like to first say hi hello and hey there =)
i will be playing here for a while, trying to get my bearings and get use to the multiplayer side of NWN2.
(problem has been solved) =)
its good to see the ones who knew me in nwn again, its been a long time ^.^

Most custom content(local vault, haks, modules) go into the my documents location. With the exception of the modules folder that contains the game mod files, that goes into the base drive version.
I hate how games are getting confusing like this too, but blame microsoft, not Obsidian. The My Documents thing is supposedly in preperation of some Vista thing where they want everything in My Documents or something. Correct me if I'm wrong-that's just what I heard.

Yes, its because your 'My Documents' is going to be similar to your /home/user directory in *nix. Frankly, its a long-time coming, having every windows system being a super-user system is frankly a huge security flaw, they should have changed it back at Win2000. I just hope Obsidian does a Linux port soon, it was my favorite thing about Nwn1, since I had to reinstall crappy Windows just for this game. Besides this, everything I own is Linux-based.
